12 June 2000. U8 Hawks vs Glenmore Park 5-1 loss. The boys played as a tightly knit team today. Ryan Cameron scored off a well placed pass from Will Druce. Adam Taylor kept bringing the ball forward. Brendan Hosking, Andrew Chidgey and Cameron Hosking all tackled well and pressed home the attack.

3 June 2000. U8 Hawks vs. Nepean PCYC. 5-1 loss. There were good performances all round this week. Ryan Cameron scored his first goal for the season. Andrew Chidgey, Cameron Hosking and Brendan Hosking all played well as forwards. William Druce in goals in the first half showed that he has safe hands.

Match report 27 May 2000 - U8 Hawks vs St. Joseph's 0-0. The boys all played well. Ryan Cameron and Joshua Stopford made several breaks down the field. Adam Taylor, Alec Hopkins and Brendan Hosking all worked hard to keep the ball away from the goals. Ben Smith and Mitchel Baker covered the field and kept the ball moving to the forwards. Joshua O'Neill and Ryan Grant showed improvements in their tackling.

18 May 2000 - Cameron and Brendan have joined a soccer club and after a slow start due to rain have played about half a dozen games. The score was only 3-0 last weekend and Brendan thinks next time they might win.
